Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks long-term total return, principally from growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common and preferred stocks of foreign companies in developed markets across Europe and Asia Pacific, selected through bottom-up analysis of capital cycle conditions—identifying businesses in high-return phases with pricing power and barriers to entry, or depressed-return phases where market valuations lag improving economics. Day-to-day investment decisions are delegated to subadvisors who evaluate management quality, capital allocation, insider ownership, and free cash flow generation, typically holding individual positions for seven years or more. Because the strategy pursues contrarian, long-term opportunities that often diverge significantly from benchmark weightings, portfolio composition can differ materially from the fund's index.
