Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The International Equity Portfolio (the Portfolio) seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments in equity securities of companies based outside the United States.

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by identifying well-managed, financially sound, fast-growing companies with competitive advantages in developed and emerging markets outside the United States, using fundamental research to find securities reasonably priced relative to estimated value. The portfolio is diversified across at least 15 countries, multiple industries, and currencies to reduce volatility, with at least 65% of assets denominated in currencies other than the U.S. dollar. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of non-U.S. companies and may invest up to 15% in U.S. companies deriving significant revenues from foreign operations.
