Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund is managed by sub-advisers who apply a proprietary quantitative analysis to select undervalued equity securities of companies outside the United States, focusing on valuation metrics such as price-to-book, price-to-earnings, and dividend yield, alongside quality measures including profitability and financial strength, with geographic and sector allocations determined by this bottom-up selection rather than benchmark weights. The fund normally holds at least 80% of assets in equities or equity derivatives of non-U.S. companies and may concentrate more than 25% in any single country or group of countries, creating exposure to individual country and currency risk. The sub-advisers may trade actively and use derivatives for hedging and efficient portfolio management.
