Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through investment in securities markets outside the United States.
The fund is managed by sub-advisers using a bottom-up, fundamental research approach to select equity securities of companies located outside the United States, focusing on issuers with above-average earnings growth potential, attractive relative valuation, and proprietary competitive advantages; ESG characteristics are integrated into the evaluation of risk and return. The fund normally invests at least 65% of assets in non-U.S. equities and at least 80% in common and preferred stock or convertible securities, with exposure to both dollar-denominated and foreign-currency securities. Because security selection depends on the sub-advisers' assessments of individual issuers, fund performance may diverge from that of any benchmark.
