Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The investment objective of the International Core Equity 2 Portfolio (the Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund purchases a broad portfolio of developed-market non-U.S. equities weighted by market capitalization, but tilts meaningfully toward smaller-capitalization companies, those trading at low prices relative to book value, and those with high profitability. The fund's tilts away from larger, higher-priced, and lower-profitability companies mean its holdings will diverge from a market-capitalization-weighted index of the same universe. The fund may also adjust positions based on shorter-term factors including price momentum and recent asset changes, and uses flexible trading to manage transaction costs.
