Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Fund seeks long-term capital growth through investments in equity securities that, as a group, are expected to provide investment results closely corresponding to the performance of the MSCI EAFE Index (net) (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund is managed by a subadviser to track the MSCI EAFE Index, which measures large- and mid-cap stocks in developed countries outside the U.S. The subadviser may purchase all index constituents in their exact proportions or use optimization—a statistical technique to select a sample of stocks whose industry weightings, market capitalizations, and fundamental characteristics closely approximate those of the Index. Because the fund may employ sampling rather than holding all index constituents, its performance may diverge from the Index. The fund may lend securities to generate additional income.
