Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The investment objective of the International Social Core Equity Portfolio (the Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.
The fund purchases a broad portfolio of developed-market non-U.S. equities with meaningfully increased exposure to smaller-capitalization, lower-priced, and higher-profitability companies relative to their market-cap-weighted representation, while excluding companies that fail social issue screens covering weapons, tobacco, gambling, environmental damage, coal reserves, and other criteria. The fund's social screens may cause its holdings and returns to diverge from those of its underlying market universe. The fund applies social criteria that it may modify at any time without shareholder notice.
