What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The iShares 0-3 Month Treasury Bond ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. Treasury bonds with remaining maturities of less than or equal to three months.

Strategy, summarised

The fund tracks the ICE 0-3 Month US Treasury Securities Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of Treasury securities with remaining maturities of three months or less that collectively mirrors the index's characteristics; it invests at least 80% in index components and at least 90% in U.S. Treasury securities overall. Because the fund samples rather than holds all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. Cash from coupon payments and maturing securities is reinvested in the ICE US 1-Month Treasury Bill Index through month-end.

What the fund is made of

Percentages are of fund net assets. Rounding, liabilities and short positions can make totals differ from 100%.

108.82%
of net assets
Cash & short-term108.82%

These positions come to 108.82% of the fund's net assets. This counts only what the fund reported holding — the holdings disclosure covers assets, not liabilities such as borrowings — so it is not expected to reconcile to 100%.

Risk profile

Interest-rate and credit-spread sensitivity, both in years · as of 2026Q2

Most of this fund’s sensitivity is to interest rates, with credit spreads carrying a small fraction as much.

0.00 yr
approx. move per 100bp
If rates and spreads both rise 100bp

Where the loss would come from. The two shocks are the same size, so this is the balance of the fund's two sensitivities rather than a bet on one moving more.

≈ 0%
of value
Interest rates100%
Credit spreads0%

Filers report the impact of a 0.01% move only, so the total is our own scaling of that one number and overstates the loss on most bonds — read it as approximate, never as precise. The two sensitivities overlap rather than add up: they measure the same positions against different shocks, which is why the durations above are shown side by side and never summed.

Share of duration at each point, shortest first. A positive figure loses value when spreads widen; a negative one offsets — a credit hedge.

5 yr is NEGATIVE (-0.00 yr) — a deliberate hedge at that point on the curve, so it is not part of the band above.

3 mo
3 mo0.00 yr100%

The two bands measure the same positions against different shocks and do not add — a Treasury carries rate duration and no spread duration, a floating-rate credit the reverse. Rate tenors are also summed across every currency the fund discloses.
