Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares China Large-Cap ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large-capitalization Chinese equities that trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The fund tracks the FTSE China 50 Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of the 50 largest Chinese companies trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange rather than all constituents. Because the fund may not hold all index components, its returns may diverge from the index. Individual stocks are capped at 9% of the index weight, and the fund concentrates in its index's sector weightings, which as of July 2025 are heavily weighted to consumer goods and services, financials, and technology.
