Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares Core MSCI Total International Stock ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large-, mid- and small-capitalization non-U.S. equities.
The fund tracks the MSCI ACWI ex USA IMI index, which measures equity performance across developed and emerging markets excluding the U.S., using representative sampling to hold a subset of the index's securities with similar investment characteristics. Because the fund may not hold all index components, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund will concentrate its holdings in particular industries to approximately the same extent as the underlying index.
