Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The iShares International Equity Factor ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global developed market large- and mid-capitalization stocks, excluding the U.S., that have favorable exposure to target style factors subject to constraints.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the STOXX International Equity Factor Index, a rules-based index of developed-market large- and mid-cap stocks excluding the U.S., selected and weighted to maximize exposure to momentum, quality, value, low volatility and size while constraining turnover and unintended systematic risks. The fund uses representative sampling and may hold fewer than all index constituents, which could cause it to diverge from index performance. The fund concentrates its holdings in the same industries as the index, which as of July 2025 included significant weights in consumer goods and services, financials and industrials.
