Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares International Select Dividend ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of relatively high dividend paying equities in non-U.S. developed markets.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index, which selects 100 high dividend-paying companies from developed markets outside the U.S. based on indicated annual dividend yield, subject to minimum dividend history, coverage ratios, and liquidity screens, then weights them by a tilted yield formula capped at 10% per security and 30% per sector. The fund uses representative sampling and may not hold all index constituents, so its returns may diverge from the index. The fund concentrates its holdings in the same industries as the index, which as of April 2025 includes significant exposure to consumer goods, financials, and utilities.
