Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares Latin America 40 ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of 40 of the largest Latin American equities.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P Latin America 40 Index using representative sampling, holding a portfolio of large-cap equities from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru with investment characteristics similar to the index; it invests at least 80% in index constituents or economic equivalents and may use derivatives and cash for up to 20% of assets. Because the fund samples rather than holds all index securities, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund concentrates in financials and materials to the same extent as the index.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
