Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares MSCI EAFE ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization developed market equities, excluding the U.S. and Canada.
The fund tracks the MSCI EAFE Index, a market-capitalization-weighted measure of large- and mid-cap developed-market equities outside the U.S. and Canada, using representative sampling to hold a subset of index securities with similar investment characteristics. Because the fund may not hold all index components, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in derivatives, cash and cash equivalents, and securities not in the index to aid tracking.
