Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares MSCI EAFE Small-Cap ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of small-capitalization developed market equities, excluding the U.S. and Canada.
The fund tracks the MSCI EAFE Small Cap Index, which represents small-capitalization equities from 21 developed markets outside the U.S. and Canada, using representative sampling to hold a portfolio with similar investment characteristics to the index rather than all its constituents. Because the fund may not hold all index components, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in derivatives, cash, and securities outside the index to facilitate tracking.
