Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The iShares MSCI EAFE Value ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of developed market equities, excluding the U.S. and Canada, that exhibit value characteristics.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the MSCI EAFE Value Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of developed-market equities outside the U.S. and Canada that exhibit value characteristics—higher book-to-price, forward earnings-to-price, and dividend yield. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund concentrates its holdings in industries to the same extent as the index, which as of July 2025 included significant weightings in consumer goods and services and financials.
