Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares MSCI Intl Momentum Factor ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index that measures the performance of international developed large- and mid-capitalization stocks exhibiting relatively higher momentum characteristics.
The fund tracks the MSCI World ex USA Momentum Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of international developed-market stocks selected for high risk-adjusted price momentum over six- and twelve-month periods. The index applies a 50% turnover buffer to weight changes at each quarterly reconstitution, meaning constituent securities receive only half of their designated weight adjustment, which reduces but does not eliminate tracking divergence from the index. Because the fund samples rather than holds all index constituents, its returns may differ from those of the Underlying Index.
