Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares MSCI Intl Quality Factor ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index that measures the performance of international developed large- and mid-capitalization stocks exhibiting relatively higher quality characteristics as identified through three fundamental variables: return on equity, earnings variability and debt-to-equity.
The fund tracks the MSCI World ex USA Sector Neutral Quality Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of international developed-market stocks selected for higher quality characteristics—measured by return on equity, earnings stability, and low financial leverage—with sector weights matched to the parent index. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index it seeks to track.
