The iShares MSCI Spain ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of Spanish equities.
The fund tracks the MSCI Spain 25/50 Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of Spanish large- and mid-cap equities with investment characteristics similar to the index rather than all constituents. The index applies a capping methodology that limits any single corporate group to 25% weight and restricts groups above 5% to an aggregate 50% weight, concentrating the fund significantly in financials and utilities. Because the fund may not hold all index components, tracking error between the fund and index is possible.
