Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares U.S. Infrastructure ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of equities of U.S. companies that have infrastructure exposure and that could benefit from a potential increase in domestic infrastructure activities.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the NYSE FactSet U.S. Infrastructure Index using representative sampling, holding a portfolio of U.S. companies classified into 95 infrastructure-related industries and weighted equally between infrastructure enablers (construction, engineering, materials) and infrastructure asset owners (energy transportation, railroads, utilities), with each company deriving at least 50% of revenues from the U.S. Because the fund samples rather than holds all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index.
