What this fund is
Objective, as filed

Janus Henderson AAA CLO ETF seeks capital preservation and current income by seeking to deliver floating-rate exposure to high quality AAA-rated collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).

Strategy, summarised

The fund invests at least 90% of assets in AAA-rated collateralized loan obligations, which are floating- or fixed-rate debt securities backed by portfolios of below-investment-grade corporate loans selected by CLO managers. Portfolio management applies bottom-up analysis of individual CLOs and their managers' investment processes, credit discipline, and track records to select securities expected to offer attractive risk-adjusted returns. The fund concentrates its holdings, limiting any single CLO to 5% of the portfolio and CLOs from a single manager to 15%, which means performance depends materially on the quality of those concentrated positions. The fund may hedge foreign currency exposure and use interest rate swaps to convert fixed-rate CLOs to floating-rate, and limits fixed-rate CLOs to 10% of assets.

Risk profile

Interest-rate and credit-spread sensitivity, both in years · as of 2026Q2

Interest-rate moves barely touch this fund — but its credit exposure is real: a 100bp widening in credit spreads costs roughly 4.0%. Duration alone would have told you none of that.

4.10 yr

If rates and spreads both rise 100bp

Where the loss would come from. The two shocks are the same size, so this is the balance of the fund's two sensitivities rather than a bet on one moving more.

≈ -4.0%

Credit spreads99%
Interest rates1%

Filers report the impact of a 0.01% move only, so the total is our own scaling of that one number and overstates the loss on most bonds — read it as approximate, never as precise. The two sensitivities overlap rather than add up: they measure the same positions against different shocks, which is why the durations above are shown side by side and never summed.

The two bands measure the same positions against different shocks and do not add — a Treasury carries rate duration and no spread duration, a floating-rate credit the reverse. Rate tenors are also summed across every currency the fund discloses.
