Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in dividend-paying stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. companies, with at least 40% in securities economically tied to countries outside the United States, selected for attractive valuations, cash flow generation, and ability to sustain growing dividends. Portfolio management also considers environmental, social, and governance factors and may engage with company management on ESG improvements. The fund employs regional rotation trading, selling dividend-paying stocks and purchasing others about to declare dividends to enhance income. Because security selection depends on portfolio management's assessment of valuations, fundamentals, and ESG factors, fund holdings and performance will diverge from any benchmark.
