Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The investment objective of the Fund (Fund or Master Fund) is to track the performance of the Morningstar Developed Markets ex-North America Target Market Exposure Index? (Net) (Index) to provide long-term capital growth by investing in international equity securities.
The fund tracks the Morningstar Developed Markets ex-North America Target Market Exposure Index, a float-weighted index covering 85% of equity market capitalization across 23 developed markets outside North America, using representative sampling and derivatives including financial futures and currency forwards to replicate index performance. The fund may be invested in a non-diversified manner to the extent the Index itself is non-diversified. Because the fund employs representative sampling rather than holding all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the Index.

| Stocks | 99.00% |

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
