What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The investment objective of the Fund is capital growth.

Strategy, summarised

The fund invests in Class I shares of other funds across six investment categories—U.S. equity, international/global equity, sector equity, fixed income, allocation, and alternative—with allocations typically ranging from 80–100% in equity-focused funds, 0–20% in fixed-income funds, and smaller positions in money market and alternative strategies. J.P. Morgan Investment Management directs the asset allocation strategy, while Jackson National Asset Management executes the allocations and rebalances periodically. Two of the underlying funds—the Jackson Credit Opportunities Fund and Jackson Real Assets Fund—operate as interval funds and do not redeem shares on demand; instead, they repurchase shares only on a periodic basis set by each fund.
