Objective, as filed

The investment objective of the Fund is capital growth and current income.

Strategy, summarised

The fund invests in Class I shares of other funds across six investment categories—U.S. Equity, International/Global Equity, Sector Equity, Fixed Income, Allocation, and Alternative—maintaining approximately 50% to 70% in equity-focused funds, 30% to 50% in fixed-income funds, and up to 20% each in money market and alternative strategies. Day-to-day allocation decisions are made by J.P. Morgan Investment Management as sub-adviser, with periodic rebalancing. Two of the underlying funds, the Jackson Credit Opportunities Fund and Jackson Real Assets Fund, operate as interval funds and repurchase shares only on a periodic basis rather than daily.
