The investment objective of the Fund is to seek capital growth.

Strategy · summarised

The fund is a fund of funds that invests in Class I shares of other funds across six investment categories—U.S. equity, international/global equity, sector equity, fixed income, allocation, and alternative strategies—with typical allocations of 40% to 80% in equity-focused funds, 20% to 60% in fixed-income funds, and up to 20% each in money market and alternative funds. The adviser adjusts allocations based on long-term market conditions, historical performance, and diversification objectives, and may change underlying funds at its discretion. Two of the underlying funds operate as interval funds with restricted redemptions under Rule 23c-3, meaning shares in those funds are not redeemable on demand but only through periodic repurchase offers. Because the fund's returns depend on the selection and performance of the underlying funds chosen by the adviser, performance will diverge from any benchmark to the extent those selections differ from market conditions or expectations.

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.

This fund changed legal form during the period shown. The history above is continuous — it spans both eras, and the change is not a gap in reporting.
