Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Morningstar Developed Markets ex-North America Target Market Exposure Index SM .
The fund tracks the Morningstar Developed Markets ex-North America Target Market Exposure Index using a replication strategy, holding substantially all constituent securities in the same proportions as the index across 22 developed countries including Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and others. The fund may operate as non-diversified to the extent the underlying index is non-diversified, which means it may hold a greater percentage of assets in particular issuers than a diversified fund would. When replication is not practicable, the fund may use representative sampling, which could cause tracking divergence from the index.
