Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Morningstar Japan Target Market Exposure Index SM .
The fund tracks the Morningstar Japan Target Market Exposure Index, a free float adjusted market capitalization weighted index of large- and mid-cap stocks traded on the Tokyo and Nagoya exchanges, by holding substantially all constituent securities in their index weights and rebalancing quarterly. The fund may operate as non-diversified to the extent the underlying index is non-diversified, which means it may hold a greater percentage of assets in particular issuers than a diversified fund would. Under various circumstances the fund may use representative sampling rather than full replication, which could cause its performance to diverge from the index.
