Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.
The fund seeks to identify undervalued securities in developed markets outside the U.S. through quantitative screens and fundamental analysis, targeting companies trading at attractive valuations relative to earnings, sales, and assets. Effective June 1, 2026, the fund will also require that at least 80% of assets be invested in value companies. The fund typically maintains regional exposures aligned with the MSCI EAFE Value Index but may deviate at the adviser's discretion, and may concentrate a substantial portion of assets in a single region or country.
