Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of developed-market foreign companies, seeking to outperform the MSCI EAFE Index while maintaining similar risk characteristics. The adviser uses fundamental research to identify securities it deems undervalued or fairly valued within each sector, typically overweighting attractive holdings and underweighting or avoiding those deemed unattractive. Because the fund may invest substantially in a single country and holds securities not included in the Index, its sector and geographic exposures may diverge from the benchmark.
