Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Fund seeks income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in a diversified group of mutual funds within the same group of investment companies that invest primarily in fixed income and equity securities.
The fund is a fund of funds that invests in other J.P. Morgan mutual funds, allocating primarily to income and money market funds with a smaller portion in equity and specialty funds to target a long-term risk and return profile similar to a 70% fixed income and 30% equity allocation. The adviser uses strategic, tactical, and fund selection analysis to construct the portfolio, drawing on three to fifteen-year market outlooks. Because returns depend on the performance of the underlying funds selected, results will diverge from any benchmark that does not reflect those same holdings and weightings.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 6.09pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.22pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
