Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and growth of income by investing primarily in a diversified group of mutual funds within the same group of investment companies that invest primarily in equity securities.

Strategy · summarised

The fund is a fund of funds that invests in other J.P. Morgan funds to achieve a long-term risk and return profile similar to a 70% equity and 30% income allocation. The adviser allocates across underlying equity funds, international equity funds, specialty funds with alternative strategies, income funds, and money market funds based on strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions informed by three to fifteen-year outlooks. Up to 20% of assets may be held in J.P. Morgan exchange-traded funds. Because the fund's returns depend on the performance of the underlying funds selected by the adviser, results will diverge from any benchmark that does not reflect those same holdings and weightings.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 6.95pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.39pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
