Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in a diversified group of mutual funds within the same group of investment companies that invest primarily in equity securities.
The fund is a fund of funds that invests in other J.P. Morgan funds, primarily equity funds including international and specialty funds with exposure to alternatives such as REITs and commodities, alongside smaller allocations to income and money market funds. The adviser allocates across underlying funds using strategic, tactical, and fund-selection analysis informed by three- to fifteen-year outlooks, targeting a long-term risk and return profile similar to a 90/10 equity-to-income portfolio. Because the fund's returns depend on the performance of the underlying funds selected by the adviser, divergence from the target allocation can occur.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 7.53pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.51pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
