Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of a specific foreign equity securities index. The Funds current index is the CSI Overseas China Internet Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the CSI Overseas China Internet Index, which holds publicly traded China-based companies whose primary business is in Internet and Internet-related sectors and that are listed outside mainland China. The fund is non-diversified and may use representative sampling rather than holding all index constituents, which could cause its returns to diverge from the index. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets outside the index in derivatives, other funds, and cash to aid tracking.
