Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Funds investment objective is long-term growth of capital and income without excessive fluctuations in market value.
The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large-capitalization U.S. companies, defined by the Russell 1000 Index market-capitalization range, with a focus on dividend-paying stocks that the portfolio management team believes offer capital appreciation potential. The fund may hold up to 20% in foreign securities, including emerging markets and ADRs. Because security selection depends on the portfolio team's assessment of individual companies' prospects and fundamentals, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark. The fund may use defensive strategies that cause it to miss investment opportunities.
