Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
To seek growth of capital and current income while seeking to both manage the volatility of return and limit the magnitude of portfolio losses.
The fund is a fund of funds that invests primarily in underlying equity and fixed-income funds, with day-to-day decisions delegated to a subadvisor. The subadvisor employs risk management techniques—including derivatives such as stock index futures, options, and swaps—to target volatility between 8.25% and 10.25% and to limit portfolio losses; it normally caps equity exposure at 55% but may exceed this limit based on market conditions. During periods of high market volatility, equity exposure may be reduced substantially or fixed-income exposure increased, which could limit gains in strong rising markets. The fund may reallocate assets dynamically between underlying funds and use leverage through derivatives, with notional derivative positions potentially exceeding 100% of fund assets.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 1.54pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.31pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
