Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The funds investment objective is to seek capital appreciation.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in foreign equity securities selected through bottom-up fundamental analysis, with no constraint on investment style, company size, or sector concentration. MFS may hold a significant percentage in a single industry, sector, country, or region. Because the fund's performance depends on the success of individual security selections rather than tracking an index, divergence from any peer benchmark will reflect the manager's stock-picking decisions.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 1.36pp spread over 3 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.45pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
