The fund invests at least 80% of assets in securities of utilities companies—those engaged in energy generation and distribution, water services, or telecommunications—selected through fundamental analysis of individual issuers. The fund may hold a significant percentage of assets in a single issuer or a small number of issuers, concentrating risk accordingly. The fund invests in both U.S. and foreign securities, including emerging markets, and may hold both equity and debt instruments.
