Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The Fund seeks capital appreciation.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in large and mid-cap stocks of developed markets outside the United States and Canada, primarily those in the MSCI EAFE Index, selected using multi-factor models that screen for attractive valuations and fundamentals relative to peers. The fund may hold securities and ETFs outside the EAFE Index and need not match the index's country or security weightings. Because the fund does not invest in all index constituents or in identical weights, performance may diverge from the MSCI EAFE Index.

Total return as filed — price change plus distributions reinvested · trailing figures to Apr 2026
