Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q2
To seek a balance between a high level of current income and growth of capital, with a greater emphasis on growth of capital.
The fund operates as a fund of funds, investing approximately 60% of assets in underlying equity funds and 40% in underlying fixed-income funds, with permitted variations of up to 10% in either direction; the manager may exceed these ranges in response to market conditions. The underlying equity funds hold a range of strategies across market capitalizations, geographies, and styles, while fixed-income underlying funds invest in investment-grade and below-investment-grade debt securities. The fund may also invest in underlying funds holding alternative and specialty asset classes, and may use derivatives and direct securities holdings to manage risk and enhance returns. Because the fund's allocation between equity and fixed-income underlying funds can shift within or beyond its target ranges based on manager discretion, actual exposure may diverge from the stated targets.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 7.17pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.43pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
