Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The funds investment objective is long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies with significant exposure to developing countries, selecting securities the adviser judges to offer attractive long-term value; it may also hold debt securities, including lower-rated bonds, issued by or with material ties to these markets. Under normal conditions, at least 35% of assets are in securities of issuers domiciled in qualified developing countries drawn from a defined list spanning Latin America, Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The fund is managed by multiple portfolio managers overseeing separate segments of the portfolio. Because security selection depends on the adviser's judgment of value and attractiveness, fund holdings and returns will diverge from any benchmark.
