Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation, primarily from equity securities of foreign issuers.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of foreign issuers across at least three countries, selecting individual stocks based on management's assessment of free cash flow generation, market share strength, and valuation relative to earnings and long-term growth prospects. The adviser actively manages the portfolio while regularly reviewing sector and country exposure against the MSCI EAFE Index to control risk. Because country and regional allocations emerge from individual stock selection rather than being set in advance, the fund's exposure may diverge meaningfully from its benchmark.
