Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation, by investing primarily in a portfolio of foreign equity investments based on a market index.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the MSCI EAFE Index, which measures equity performance in developed markets outside the U.S. and Canada, and attempts to closely match the overall investment characteristics of that index by buying most of its constituent stocks. Because the fund's returns are reduced by investment expenses and trading costs while an index return is not, the fund's performance will lag its benchmark.
