Strategy · summarised

The fund is a fund of funds that invests in shares of other Nuveen mutual funds and ETFs to implement a target-date strategy for a 2050 retirement year. The fund's asset allocation automatically shifts from more aggressive to more conservative as the target retirement date approaches and for approximately 30 years thereafter, moving from a current allocation of roughly 90% equities and 5% real estate toward a final allocation of 20% equities and 80% fixed income. The fund maintains significant equity exposure through and beyond its target retirement date, which could produce substantial fluctuations in value depending on equity market performance.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
