Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The Fund seeks high total return over time through a combination of capital appreciation and income.
The fund is a fund of funds that invests in Class W shares of other Nuveen mutual funds and ETFs to track market indices across domestic and foreign equities and fixed-income sectors. Its asset allocation automatically shifts from more aggressive to more conservative as its 2030 target retirement date approaches and for approximately 30 years thereafter, moving toward a final allocation of roughly 20% equities and 80% fixed-income. The fund maintains at least 80% of assets in index-tracking underlying funds, with allocations that may vary up to ten percentage points from stated targets.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 1.74pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.35pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
