Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The Fund seeks high total return over time through a combination of capital appreciation and income.
The fund is a fund of funds that invests in Class W shares of other Nuveen mutual funds and ETFs to track market indices across U.S. equities, international equities, and fixed-income sectors. Its asset allocation automatically shifts from more aggressive to more conservative as its 2045 target retirement date approaches and for approximately 30 years thereafter, ultimately reaching a final allocation of 20% equities and 80% fixed-income by 2075. The fund maintains at least 80% of assets in index-tracking underlying funds. Actual allocations may vary up to ten percentage points from stated targets within each asset class and market sector.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 1.88pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.38pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
