Strategy · summarised

The fund is a fund of funds that invests in Class W shares of other Nuveen mutual funds and ETFs to track market indices across U.S. equities, international equities, and fixed-income sectors. Its asset allocation automatically shifts from more aggressive to more conservative as its 2060 target retirement date approaches and for approximately 30 years thereafter, ultimately reaching a final allocation of roughly 20% equities and 80% fixed-income. The fund maintains at least 80% of assets in index-tracking underlying funds. Because actual allocations may vary up to ten percentage points from targets within each asset class and market sector, the fund's returns may diverge from any single benchmark.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
