NVIT American Funds Growth Fund
Nationwide Variable Insurance Trust
Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The NVIT American Funds Growth Fund (the Fund or Feeder Fund) seeks to provide growth of capital.
The fund invests all its assets in a master fund that buys common stocks of companies selected for superior long-term growth potential, with up to 25% allocated to non-U.S. securities including emerging markets. The master fund's portfolio is divided among multiple portfolio managers, each managing separate segments. Because performance depends on the investment adviser's judgments about which companies offer attractive value and growth prospects, results will diverge from any benchmark.
