Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The Pacer Global Cash Cows Dividend ETF (the Fund) is an exchange traded fund (ETF) that seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Global Cash Cows Dividend Index (the Index).
The fund tracks the Pacer Global Cash Cows Dividend Index using a replication strategy, holding all 100 index constituents weighted by their trailing twelve-month dividends paid, with individual positions capped at 2% of the fund. The index selects from developed-market large-cap companies ranked first by free cash flow yield and then by dividend yield, excluding financials and firms with negative projected cash flows. Because the fund holds all index constituents in the same proportions, its performance should track the index closely before fees.
