Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The Funds investment objective is to seek total return.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in commodity-linked derivatives—including swap agreements, futures, and commodity-linked notes—backed by a portfolio of short-duration U.S. Treasury securities and money market instruments, seeking to gain commodity exposure without holding physical commodities. Part of this exposure is obtained through PSC Commodity Subsidiary, Ltd., a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary with the same investment objective and strategies. The fund employs a rules-based, systematic process that targets diversified exposure across commodities and sectors, using quantitative factors such as volatility, liquidity, and correlation to set target weights that may diverge materially from the Bloomberg Commodity Index Total Return, and rebalances within disciplined bands to manage trading costs and concentration risk.

of net assets
Bonds71.71%
Cash & short-term15.04%
Stocks3.47%
Derivatives-6.81%

These positions come to 83.41% of net assets. Not everything a fund owns is reported as a holding — uninvested cash is collected at fund level instead — so the total is not expected to reach 100%.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 2.41pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.48pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.

Risk profile

Interest-rate and credit-spread sensitivity, both in years · as of 2026Q2

This fund filed the credit-spread disclosure and reported no sensitivity — measured, and the answer is none.

Credit-spread duration

Where the loss would come from. The two shocks are the same size, so this is the balance of the fund's two sensitivities rather than a bet on one moving more.

Filers report the impact of a 0.01% move only, so the total is our own scaling of that one number and overstates the loss on most bonds — read it as approximate, never as precise. The two sensitivities overlap rather than add up: they measure the same positions against different shocks, which is why the durations above are shown side by side and never summed.
